Job description
- Coordination of internal resources, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring that all project goals are met and projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to key stakeholders, including senior management and clients, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead risk management efforts, identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Ensure project deliverables meet both customer requirements and internal specifications, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to improve project processes and implement best practices.
- Lead the product backlog management process, ensuring that tickets are created, and prioritized and that the development team has a clear path forward.
- Conduct regular retrospectives and process reviews to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Manage internal product development when needed.
- Contribute to the upsell of Codetribe resources on ongoing projects.
Job requirements
- At least 8 years of proven professional experience in project management and delivery, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both internal teams and external clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Ability to navigate client relationships with tact and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Good To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience working in a scale-up company or fast-paced tech environment.
